Private
Our 55-minute private sessions on the reformer are completely customizable, offering personalized training to those who have a specific goal in mind or those who need some alone time. We pride ourselves in offering a flexible schedule and accommodating services, allowing each of our members to easily workout even with a busy schedule. This individualized training is not only great for new clients who want to get started with the practice of Pilates, but also for those who want to boost their skill set or specifically work on a particular part of the body. We highly recommend these one-on-one sessions to focus on each client individually to build flexibility, strength, and balance. This is also a great option for those who are rehabilitating an injury, Moms-to-Be, and professional athletes. Whether you are preparing for a group class or want to expand your current training, our private sessions will help you achieve your goals. Semi-Private
Similar to our private sessions, our semi-private classes offer a 55-minute customized Pilates workout, but for two people. Bring a friend, co-worker, or partner, to boost motivation while also receiving individualized instruction. Our semi-privates are a fun and encouraging way to maximize your Pilates workout with another person. If done multiple times a week, we guarantee noticeable results. We think this is the biggest bang for your buck, receiving all the benefits of private instruction, but with a friend. If needed, we can also match you with a parter who has a similar goal in mind.
Group
With a 6-person maximum, our instructors can provide individualized attention to each and every group member. We believe that energy creates energy, so come workout with individuals who can “lift you up.” Encompassing 55-minutes of a fast paced, complete body workout on the reformer, our group sessions are fun, energetic, and motivating. These small group classes are beneficial for both Pilates newbies and seasoned experts, where we create a series of customized workouts for all different abilities. Our Stott Pilates equipment is perfect for targeting specific parts of the body, benefiting all muscle groups and optimizing movement.
Virtual Session
A 50-minute dynamic workout, fusing Pilates, barre, and cardio. Our virtual video sessions are uniquely personalized to be completed from the comfort of any environment with at-home equipment. Instead of instructional videos that allow for lagging, our live workouts aim to teach, motivate and correct all in real-time. An easy way to workout without leaving home, we offer private and duet sessions that are completely customized to our client's individual goals along with fun group sessions that are upbeat, yet still challenging. All sessions are conducted through live video instruction with our top trainers.
House Calls
House calls allow our clients to enjoy private instruction from the comfort of their own home. Another completely tailorable option, contact us for any inquiries. Price available upon request - please contact us.
